Our Fundraising Program is as Easy as 1-2-3

1. Don and Michele’s Candles provides each of your participants a sales order form picturing our 100% soy candles and listing the fragrances. Participants take orders for a suggested 2 week period. We keep it simple by offering only 3 styles of containers and 12 fragrances of your choice. You don’t want to overwhelm your customers.

        Your customers are asked to pay when ordering. All checks

        should be made payable to your organization. Participants then

        turn in their sales order forms and all funds enclosed in a money

        envelope to your fundraising Director.

2. Since funds are already collected, all that is left is to tally up the orders. Totals for each size and fragrance are calculated on the Master Tally Sheet. After doing this, mail the Master Tally Sheet along with a check for your total order. Payment for your candles should be made out to Don and Michele’s Candles. (Your profit check will be delivered when your order is delivered.)

3. Your order will be processed once your check clears. Your candles will be delivered in 10 to 14 business days after we process your order.
